B.G. reveals why Lil Wayne didn't attend the recent Cash Money & No Limit Verzuz: "I talked to Wayne the morning before the Verzuz. Shorty wasn't feeling good. He had a concert the same night. And he canceled that as well. Swizz was even hurt behind it. Because for real, for real, that's the reason Swizz pulled the trigger on it. Because Wayne agreed... He told me he wasn't feeling good, and, you know, he had to go to the hospital." (Via The Breakfast Club)

Vince Carter says he would beat Michael Jordan in an NBA Slam Dunk Contest if both were in their primes “I'm winning. I don't know how, but I'm winning. I appreciate that because that's what the era was like. You know, it will be fun because MJ's going to put up a fight, and I know I would have to bring it” “Just like with Kobe, Dr. J, the greats of the game in dunking, I would love to have had the opportunity to dunk against those guys. I would have loved it” “Like T-Mac, I forced him to be in the dunk contest, but it's for a reason. I wanted the best competition, and I knew he would bring the best out of me. I wanted Kobe to be in it. He was like, ‘Nope,’ because he didn't want to lose. That's his mentality” “I was okay with losing to the greats of the game because, at the same time, I felt like if I'm able to win, what do you consider me”

More Giannis on Wemby: "At one time, [Victor Wembanyama] is going to be in his final level, and then he's going to be a nightmare. And I hope when that is, I'm out of the league, retired. But also, because I'm a competitor, I would love playing against the best. I would love to see and face that final stage before I'm too old." "Because you want to have that on your resume. You want to play against the best. Like I can say I've played against Kobe, LeBron, KD, Steph, Jokic, Wemby, and a lot of other players. You want to have it on your resume— sign of respect. When I have four kids, I'll be able to sit down on the couch and watch the clips with them and say like 'I played against that guy. One time I dunked on him, one time I blocked him, but many other times he got me.'"

I ain't said no sh*t like that. We do push each other. When I hear him do something dope, I'm like, 'Okay, let me go do something doper.' I think that's what it takes to evolve and set the game on another level. Wayne's got his own lane, and I got mine." (Via DJ Whoo Kid)

Daniel Cormier was CONCERNED that Ilia Topuria was TOO CONFIDENT ahead of his fights, and questions what Ilia would do if he LOST 👀 “There’s a lot of pressure, you CAN’T LOSE…” “Of course I can lose… I will win, of course I will win, but if something goes from the way I didn’t want it to, what’s going to happen?..” “Do you think I'm gonna give up, ever in my life? I'm always gonna know when I look myself in the mirror, who I am. I'm never gonna lose that trust in myself.”

Dee: "And then he's saying that he thinks Taylor can win, and look guys if it's Taylor and Drew, I'm voting for Drew to win, obviously, that's my little weasel. But I'm not gonna tell him that. I'm gonna scare his ass and make him think that he can lose next to Taylor..." "...So I keep saying 'The only way that I would not be okay is if I lose next to Taylor. I want to lose next to you or Devens.' But I've been telling him this the past few days, before HOH, before Veto. I said 'The only way I'll be okay is if I lose next to you or Devens, not Taylor because that's embarrassing.' Right, that's what I'm telling him so that he can put himself in that position cuz if he's next to Taylor he doesn't want to lose next to Taylor. You want to lose next to me..." "...So he keeps asking me if [he's next to Taylor would he win] and I don't give him an answer because I'm like 'It's gonna depend on your speech'...Of course I'm gonna vote for Drew, duh, but I want him to be scared because why am I gonna tell him I'm gonna vote for him in the jury, am I stupid?" #BB28 #BBBitez

Hunter Biden on his pardon: "I am eternally grateful for it because Donald Trump has proven to be exactly who my dad thought he was going to be as it relates to revenge and retribution against his political enemies. If I were in a prison, he would have a hold on my family that would be incredibly unjust and unfair. I'm grateful that he did it for me. To anybody out there, what would you have thought of my dad if he did not do that for me and left me to the whims of Donald Trump?"

Matt Walsh: “I have to tell you that as a fellow conservative in the public eye, I always worried it would come to this. That eventually they would start k*lling us, but I never thought it would be Charlie… He was too effective. He was too widely beloved, especially among the younger generation, so they k*lled him.” “I am sad. I am heartbroken, and I am full of rage. If you want a kumbaya message of unity and togetherness, you will not get it from me.” I am also FULL OF RAGE!

“Every Nigerian deserves to know the background of their leaders. I’m challenging any Nigerian, both at home and abroad, or anyone around the world, if you have anything against me, say it out now. When I took somebody to court, I only did that because he said he had something he would say against me that the whole world would be shocked.” — NDC presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi

Peter Thiel: I didn't want to believe Elon but then it was the sense in which I felt he was correct: if Trump could not win in 2024 against The Machine, The Machine would always win — And if The Machine always wins, you no longer have a democracy. If The Machine could defeat Trump, I thought it was reasonable that it would gain even more power and somehow be unbeatable and the country would become a one party state.

🚨 NOW — PRESIDENT TRUMP: "If I were a community? I would WANT the data center!" "It means jobs, it means income, and it means lower taxes." Q: Do you want Republican candidates to take the same stance? TRUMP: "No, I want them to do what they want." "If a Republican is against the data center, that's okay with me. I'm only saying that if I ran a community, now there are different types of communities." "But generally speaking, if I ran a community, if I was a mayor or if I was a governor in the state, I would want to have the data centers because they bring tremendous income. They're clean. They produce their own energy. The new ones are producing their own energy. I would want to have data centers."
