@jrockstrom @Clim8Uncensored @PIK_Climate 1/2 There was no historical precedent for universal suffrage until it occurred; or the rapid collapse of the Berlin Wall; putting someone on the moon; ~global 'shut down' of travel (Covid); the Marshal Plan; etc. Though there are many examples of economists getting things wrong.
