In this press release, the government has also called on ICAO and IATA, the air authority of Somaliland, to communicate with Somaliland Civil Aviation Authority.

Groups were seen marching with Palestinian flags to reject the move and condemn any political or diplomatic ties with Israel. Members of the Samaroon tribe are reported to have mobilised in significant numbers in Borama, the capital of Awdal state, which Somalia considers part of its territory. The talks focused on the second phase of restoring Somalia’s unity, set to begin soon in the Awdal region following the strategic victory in Las Anod. I am not asking for his apology, i am asking him to condemn Hope Uzodinma for the killing of Biafrans in Imo State since he want to talk politics. He must take a stand on the killing of Biafrans in Imo state and condemn Hope for the killing or is he supporting Hope for killing Biafrans? I am not accepting this apology, he apologised to his congregation not to Biafrans. The only apology we will accept is for him to condemn Hope for killing Biafrans.
