In a shocking turn of events, BJP MPs arrived with the intention of creating chaos, targeting and attacking Indian National Congress President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge, who is also the Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha and a prominent Dalit leader in India. We must function according to the procedure, rules, and constitutional provisions. Therefore, I request you (Speaker) to conduct the proceedings properly.
