There is another village in MP called Bhaktigram that follows the same principles We need more of such villages across Bharat

CJP will Stage Protest here too ! Jokes apart, True education was never just about classrooms or degrees. It was about learning from a Guru, living close to nature, building character and wisdom—rather than letting social media become the teacher. Thxs for Sharing!

I believe they are hundred times happier and healthier than social media addicted people. More power to them. Let them be in that happy state.

Living in isolation has its own charm. We don’t really need the modern world to live a meaningful life. In fact, I sometimes wish I could live that way. But it comes with serious disadvantages too, such as limited access to healthcare, education, emergency services, communication, transportation, technology, and greater vulnerability to disease, accidents and natural disasters.

Looks like Vikramaditya times. 70s n 80s born lives are better I feel. Though brought up in City, familiar with vlg life ,electricity n washrooms facilities were available. Rest all looked same in those days like in this vlg.

Why not? Atleast for a few weeks now and full time after retirement! Processes and choices should be made in such a manner that are practical and sustainable in the long term. Insulating/isolating oneself totally from the rest of the world is,in my view, not sustainable/desirable.

Centuries or millennia later, eventually everyone will. It has happened in the past, and it will happen in the future. The only choice is whether you do it willingly or Nature forces you to.

I saw full video last week in youtube was totally unaware of such place

Video Credit to its Owner.

The Amish of India

Body works better when we use it fullest. Modern comforts made human only lazy and weak.

Protect this village like the sentinel island. No one should be allowed to invade this sacred space.

This is how life was in the 1990s, people didn't have the bitterness they do now.

Very beautiful

What about plumbing & sewage system? I hope that's modern though.

a fatalistic society cannot be sustained without the materialistic world outside.

Nice

This is actual life

Absolutely fascinating! Kurmagram shows that our ancient Vedic lifestyle is the ultimate answer to modern-day stress. Truly proud of our sustainable and self-reliant heritage. 💪🇮🇳

This is a life.

Best green sustainable life with nature trees rivers...

If they allow adults, after fulfilling family obligations, i wish to go there.

Yes 🫣

This village in Andhra Pradesh ,by turning back to medieval times, has proved the old adage wrong that if you have met accident in a car,you wouldn’t go back to cart.
