@EricaByfield4NY Want to make sure NYC gets the money for congestion pricing, but will not do a thing about people jumping the gates in the subway or holder the exit gates open so they do not need to pay.

@EricaByfield4NY Those ghost cars have been plaguing the city for the past few years. Nobody cared. The crackdown on them is only because the city can't scan their plates to make them pay the BS congestion fees entering lower manhattan.
