He robbed 2 women in less than 2 weeks apart, paralyzed one, and showed no remorse. Just lock the guy up. Give him his trial and max out his sentence.

Man faces 10 years in prison for his 5th DWI. He went to treatment and has since been 18 months clean. What do you think his punishment should be? Personally, if I was the judge I'd sentence him to probation under certain conditions. Random breathalyzer for 5 years. If he fails any breathalyzer or any terms of his probation he gets 5 years in prison and when he gets out, he gets another 5 years probation with the same conditions. Lets hear your thoughts.
