Each animation is drawn frame by frame, so unfortunately it would limit how many weapons we can do :( I would love to have a visible changes based on upgrades, but that’s too hard

In GTA San Andreas, CJ can’t start certain missions if he’s too fat, and a unique cutscene will play where a character mocks him and tells him to lose weight to be able to start the mission. The weight gain/loss mechanic is rumored to return in GTA 6. It will be interesting to see how it affects gameplay, missions and dialogue in the game.
