We had a richocet go over the berm and hit a guys camper. Thankfully nobody was hurt and there was no serious damage.

I've been hit by a stray bullet from people firing into the air a mile away and that was no joke. "It scrambled my TV" for a few seconds before I came back around and was totally dazed. I imagine could have definitely killed me if it were a couple inches north and didn't clip the pergola I was standing under which flattened it before it slapped me in the neck.

Just think.... someone could shoot in the air and somewhere someplace the possibility exists that it hits someone. Hence why you never shoot a gun into the air. However that was definitely a freak accident.

I saw another equally unlikely shot from a hunter I think it was, in the woods - the bullet ricocheted off a bunch of stuff, including a moving car and hit a guy in the middle of a lake in a boat.
