But while everyone out there is hopping on the tax revolt train, I haven't seen one, not one "influencer" state that in order to do this properly, to absolutely not fill out the 1040 Tax Return Form. At the very least, as in, at a minimum, it is a contract once signed, makes one legally liable... because they then agreed to pay Fed Inc Tax.
