White people have chosen the new Gold Rush online, playing video games for money, because their bathroom, kitchen and bed are right in the same room. White people want to go viral, be content creators and make millions. It takes years to try and grow a channel, they same years it would take to dedicate to a Job to be successful. DEI doesn't not hire thousands within any field of work. DEI recommends to a field, too look seriously at a candidate they might look at because of bias.
