In CS2 you can bind a key to do a precise mouse movement. bind c "yaw -16500 1 1" with 1.48902 sens for a 180. The yaw value is obviously relative to your sensitivity so there are no universal binds.

The upcoming arrow redesign will focus on diagramming (connecting shape -> shape). In cases where you're allowed to go inside, there's a timeout so you can still easily bind to the shape outline, but also bind inside it. (You'll always be able to bind inside any time by using Opt/Alt.) Should we add this sexy animation to illustrate the timeout better?

How can a 99% accurate medical test give you a 9% chance of having the disease if it comes back positive? 🤔 If you are in medicine this is the SINGLE most important diagnostic testing concept to know. Welcome to the difference between specificity and positive predictive value. Sensitivity & specificity are fixed test properties. These do not factor how common a disease is (prevalence) Positive Predictive Value (probability a positive test reflects having a disease) factors in prevalence and is actually more important to clinicians than sens/spec. It is harder to figure out though because we need to have a gestault for how prevalent a disease is for the EXACT patient we are seeing. If you have very low prevalence, even with a great test, most positives are false positives. Let me explain Opossums (especially Virginia opossums) are highly resistant to pit viper venoms (rattlesnakes, copperheads, cottonmouths). The resistance comes from a protein in their blood serum called Lethal Toxin-Neutralizing Factor (LTNF). What the LTNF does is to first of all bind to the sites that the venoms are supposed to bind to, in order to have effect. Some parts of the LTNF also bind to some parts of the venom in order to make it inactive. Due to this, the opposum's body is able to bind and render venom toxins inactive before it does any damage. Since there's no damage, the opposum then goes for the snake's head and the rest in history. The small peptide that's responsible for the actions of LTNF is now being developed as a cheap, heat-stable antivenom alternative for human use.
