TLDR : From season 3, a new hero will release each month Gifting system introduced Performance updates Replays from S0 / S1 will not be supported anymore More tournaments New Teamup : Emma frost, magneto, psylocke New Teamup 2: Dr strange, scarlet witch New Teamup 3: Captain america, winter soldier 2 Teamups are getting completely removed from the game, voltaic union and metallic chaos Psylocke is removed from magik's teamup Bucky is removed from raccoon's teamup Namor is removed from luna's teamup (yes im excited too) dr strange is removed from hulk's teamup Namor will join hulk's teamup (yes im scared too) Buffs : Peni parker , scarlet witch , mr fantastic , black widow , rocket raccoon, jeff the landshark, captain america, moon knight Nerfs: Adam warlock, loki And a small dr strange rework each player will drop nine divisions in season 2 Hellfire gala: Krakoa is a new map coming in season 2 Royal palace and shin shibuya are gone from the competitive pool for season 2 quick play and customs will still feature every map minimum level to play ranked is now 15, was 10 bans are now from Gold III, was diamond III Only duo queueing in eternity/oneaboveall Ranked rating rewards are more dependent on individual performance rather than win/lose
