In Florida, our higher education institutions will not be spending public dollars on “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” or other initiatives that promote an ideological agenda. As practiced, DEI represents discrimination, exclusion and indoctrination — and this has no place in a public institution.

DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. It teaches to treat everyone fairly and not to discriminate against anyone. It also would have helped your grandparents when they immigrated here from Italy because they faced discrimination.

I'm excited and hopeful that those funds can be used to actually educate kids instead of figure out ways to discriminate and divide them.

Ron is truly the best, if he's the Republican nominee I will gladly vote for him . I'm a Trump supporter also .

Just don’t go to school in Florida , if you want a honest good education.

Oh my my - Mr. Governor, the master of meddling! You just can't resist sticking your nose where it doesn't belong, like education, private companies, and basically anything else that the government should stay far away from! Bravo, Mr. Know-It-All! I truly hope your brilliant and oh-so-informed efforts blow up spectacularly in yr face on the national stage. It's would be delightful to witness such misguided ambition crashing and burning!

Do you know America’s getting tired of listening to you talk about Florida and we certainly don’t want to listen to you talk about America as you are not going to be the nominee and you know it. You gathered a small luncheon in Iowa.

May merit forever be the only criteria that matters.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) signed a bill into law Monday barring the state’s colleges and universities from spending money on diversity, equity and inclusion programs, and limiting how race can be discussed in many courses. “If you look at the way this has actually been implemented across the country, DEI is better viewed as standing for discrimination, exclusion and indoctrination,” DeSantis said at a news conference at New College of Florida in Sarasota. “And that has no place in our public institutions. This bill says the whole experiment with DEI is coming to an end in the state of Florida.”

In Florida, we will not back down from the woke mob that is attempting to promote discrimination in our universities. Receiving an education from a university should not involve political indoctrination.

Next, let's talk about Cleveland Clinic's openly discriminatory approach to "care" and how they inject DEI into "everything" that they do. In 2024, they were sued by a law group for prioritizing certain patients over others based on skin color. The lawsuit alleged they knowingly and willingly violated federal anti-discrimination laws in the process of doing so. They declare racism to be a “public health crisis” and established an Executive Diversity, Inclusion And Racial Equity Council “to examine and promote policies to eliminate racism, bias, and health disparities.” They've also engaged in deliberate race-based hiring discrimination by specifically committing to “train, hire and promote one million Black Americans into family-sustaining jobs with opportunities for advancement” without offering a similar opportunity for job-seekers of other backgrounds. In 2023, Jacqueline A. Robertson, Chief of Diversity and Inclusion at Cleveland Clinic, stated, "I don't believe that diversity and inclusion should ever be a standalone strategy. It has to be embedded in everything that we do. And so that's our processes, that's our metrics.”

🚨OUTRAGEOUS: Watch Texas Department of Transportation CONFIRM that they have spent up $1 BILLION on DEI contracts to build roads and bridges! They also admitted to having FIFTY taxpayer funded employees working in their Civil Rights Division, which, according to today’s budget request "promotes inclusion, diversity, and equity." Texas should be leading the fight against DEI… not spending billions of your dollars on it and also possibly compromising public safety.

THE BBC'S DRAG QUEEN OBSESSION: HARMLESS FUN OR ACTIVIST PSYOP? 🧵 1/14: In 2013-14 the BBC began spending vast amounts of TV licence payers’ money, pursuing a "diversity quotas" agenda as part of a wider global media directive. Leaked lesson plans from a freshman education course at the University of Illinois The professor turned the “course into an indoctrination seminar” 1st year education majors were trained to prioritize equity, LGBTQ+ issues, privileged identities and preferred pronouns This is all a requirement to graduate “Identity and Difference in Education” Curriculum - Focuses on identity in schooling and how identity is socially constructed - Analyzes inclusion, exclusion, power, and privilege in education - Examines power, privilege, and equity across identities - Explores “asset-based” and identity-affirming frameworks

Chicago Public Schools is bussing kids to protest. If we're not careful we will lose our country. The students are telling me that their teachers tell them "F*ck Trump." The indoctrination in this country is not a conspiracy, it is a fact. Chicago politicians say diversity is our strength but Chicago only has democrats on their city council, as governor, and as mayor. Diversity but not in political ideas.

On his first day in office, Donald Trump issued an executive order aimed at rolling back federal programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as policies protecting the rights of the transgender community in the U.S. One of the key provisions of the executive order directed government agencies to revise forms and policies, narrowing gender categories, and effectively eliminating recognition of non-binary and transgender identities. The executive order also mandated an immediate halt to DEI training and recruitment initiatives within the federal workforce. These programs, which aimed to address discrimination and foster inclusive environments, were categorized by the Trump administration as promoting "divisive" ideologies. The order further instructed agencies to eliminate what it described as "discriminatory programs," which included affirmative action policies, diversity initiatives, and certain racial equity projects. This is not just a policy shift; it is a direct attack on our human rights. At @RFKHumanRights, we remain steadfast in our commitment to defending the rights of all individuals. We will not back down in our fight against these damaging actions, and we will continue to ensure that every person, regardless of their identity, is treated with the dignity, equality, and respect they deserve.

If you wondered what DEI looks and sounds like in Congress, Rep. Summer Lee just gave an excellent rundown: • "This hearing is trying to legitimize a dangerous idea of what equitable and inclusive education looks like." • "Equity policies are necessary to reverse harm caused by systemic discrimination, discrimination that was enacted by policies passed in this room." • "Equity policies are only a threat if your ideals are grounded in white supremacy." • "Hearings like this are trying to make an example of districts that want all kids, irrespective, not because of their race, gender, socio- socioeconomic status, disability status, language, immigration status..." • "One in four high school students identify as LGBTQI+. One in ten students are English learners." • "Fifteen percent of students receive special education services." • "Diversity is just a factual description of students our schools serve." • "Our public education system provides young people the critical foundation needed to be full participants in our multiracial democracy and competitive in the global economy." • "Equity and inclusion policies are fundamental to protecting students' rights to a quality education." What a complete embarrassment to our political system.
