Housing developers are required to include disability-friendly features in new residential and commercial buildings. Media houses must provide sign language interpretation, closed captioning, or audio description to make broadcasts accessible. Voting and civic participation are now more inclusive, with electoral bodies mandated to provide assistive devices and accessible polling stations. Courts must now provide sign language interpreters, Braille materials, and physical access to ensure access to justice for persons with disabilities. Inclusion in Kenya is no longer an option. #VIP
