If the January 6 case had gone to trial, the most powerful evidence against Trump would have come from members of his own party: state and national Republicans who supported him but explained to Trump that the election results were legitimate, and repeatedly debunked his false fraud claims to his face. Trump knew he lost the 2020 election, yet he still lies to the American public even to this day. (4/10)

Special Counsel Jack Smith offered to testify publicly about his investigations into Trump’s wrongdoing, but Republicans insist on keeping his testimony behind closed doors so they can cherry pick and distort his statements. I’m attending his deposition today to get the truth.

Mr. Smith explained that Trump exploited the personal loyalty and political trust of his supporters. He went so far as to convince some to serve as fraudulent electors as part of his unlawful effort to overturn the election. Trump’s conduct was “deliberate and criminal.” (6/10)

Jack Smith just said something Trump doesn't want American's to know. The best witnesses in the case against Trump were those who supported Trump! “With respect to presenting the case (against Donald Trump) that we charged, one of the central challenges was trying to present that in a concise way because we did have so many witnesses. Some of the most powerful witnesses were witnesses, who were in fact, fellow Republicans who voted for Donald Trump, who campaigned for him and who wanted him to win the election. These included state officials, people who worked on his campaign, and advisers.”

Here it is: Investigating the Investigators! Undercover police officer on January 6. “Go, go, go.” “Help ’em up, help ’em up, help ’em up.” “Push ’em up, push ’em up.” D.C. undercover MPD officer Nicholas Tomasula was identified as staging Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 attack. Lara Logan: And why was he there? Who told him to be there? Who put him there? Court documents confirm that Nicholas Tomasula claimed he destroyed his iPhone and that all of his text messages from January 5 and 6 were automatically deleted. 📝 January 6 was orchestrated to cover up the actual crime of the November 3, 2020, election and to prevent proof, evidence, and testimony from being presented during the official proceedings of the U.S. Congress certifying the overthrow.

Rep. Zoe Lofgren: Can you explain what you meant in your deposition that it was Republicans who were putting their allegiance to their country ahead of their party? Jack Smith: There were witnesses who I felt would be very strong witnesses, including the secretary of state in Georgia, who told Donald Trump the truth, told him things that he did not want to hear, and put him on notice that what he was saying was false.

🚨NEW: Scott Adams *TAKES SLEDGEHAMMER* to Jack Smith's testimony justifying "January 6 hoax"🚨 "According to Jack Smith, Trump was not free to violate federal law and use knowingly false statements about election fraud to target a lawful government function." "Now, do you see what's wrong with that statement? His evidence was based on his own ability to read a mind — because how would he know what Trump believed about the election?" "In my opinion, Trump genuinely believed — as I do — that the election was rigged."

The truth is that Democrats always saw Platner as a liability but he went from one who was leading in polls to one who was losing in polls and it would have cost Democrats a fortune to save him, so they dumped him and acted shocked about his latest revelations.

Today, Congressional Republicans didn’t seek the truth. They tried to put the prosecutor on trial. Jack Smith told the Senate what the evidence showed: Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, then criminally worked to overturn it — pressuring officials, organizing fake electors, and inciting the attack on the Capitol. Instead of facing that record, too many Republicans in Congress chose party over country and attacked Jack Smith.

Remember Trump’s speech the day after he incited the deadly January 6, 2021 insurrection? These are the outtakes - when aides (including Ivanka) tried to get him to condemn the violence and admit the election was over. Watch how the truth agitates a textbook narcissist.
