@weatherchannel @parkertwc So that made zero explanation of how/why it intensified like it did. He just stated that it intensified.

@weatherchannel @parkertwc Check the NOAA sat/radar footage to see if some is missing 3 or 4 hours before landfall. Still photo (use as a guide) looks like possible injection before becoming Cat 5.
