That is EXACTLY right. Montreal, which Mayoress Valerie Plante wants to make the poster child of the Build Back Better movement, was destroyed in its original form. She forced the city so far down into the rabbit hole, that business is dying, streets are lifeless, dirty and dangerous, while residents are packing their bags and leaving. It is a disaster and she is leaving her seat next year as she knows the population will kick her out, her and her sickening party. Their is NO way she can get elected again. They have stolen our city from us; it was one of the greatest in the world. Now, it's crippled. They whipped out a complete super elaborated BBB plan in the first months of 2020, how? I cannot tell. There is no way they could have been able to assemble such an ambitious plan in just a few months. So they knew what they were doing. The 2020-2030 Climate Plan (it can be found on the city's website) speaks openly of 'seizing the unique opportunity offered by the pandemic'. They basically putsched the entire collectivity while it was locked down, and initiated their treasonous 'transitionning', as they call it, while no one knew they were doing so. It is nothing less than treason. You should see how the population is starting to boil over here. The streets are not safe anymore - this was just until recently one of the safest cities on Earth.
