Our plan includes ending mass incarceration, ensuring voting rights for all incarcerated and returning citizens, and addressing the alarming mortality rate in Black pregnancies. You are almost there doctor. You left out direct cash payments. You also have to use the proper legal term written into the Congressional Record identifying us as American Freedmen of who Reparations that will be lineage based is targeted towards. Framing it as a racial justice issue widens the net Beyond American Freedmen. Instead it should be framed as a debt that is owed specifically to American Freedmen or else you run the risk of the Supreme Court striking it down due to it being based on race instead of strictly lineage. Also you included indigenous people in here. Yet when things were given to indigenous people we were never included in what they got. I would ask that you please stop including other groups with things that are specifically meant for American Freedmen. If you wish to make something for indigenous people than have a separate policy and video for that
