@CRED_club @RBI @RBIsays CRED app is a bad application, fraud happens here, they do not refund the amount. Not a trusted app. How did RBI give him permission? They claim the transaction failed and keep the money with them for 8-10 days. They then make false excuses about the bank

@CRED_club This is unacceptable. I recharged my FASTag with ₹1000 through your platform, but your system settled it to an entirely unknown vehicle. Now, customer support claims they "can't do anything. Fix your system glitch and refund my money immediately.

Unable to complete KYC, no help for manual KYC as well. My money is stuck in the cred wallet.

@CRED_club Mere account se Autopay ke dwara credit card ka bill paid ho gya but ye amount na mere card me aaya hai na mere account me return aaya hai. Aur ab mere cred app ke txn history me bhi nahi dikh raha hai. Kripaya mujhse dm ke dwara jaldi se jaldi sampark karein. Tq
