Road construction is VERY EXPENSIVE… It’s UNREALISTIC to expect the govt of Zimbabwe to fund the construction of roads THROUGHOUT Zimbabwe AT THE SAME TIME. The govt knows this, & all reasonable people know this. Minister Felix Tapiwa Mhona should DEEPLY CONSIDER using BOT models on all lucrative roads, the govt can just focus on those roads where private money won’t go…
