Upon the first visit to Guardia Castle in 600 AD, speak with the chancellor & proceed to follow him upstairs, then enter the King's bedroom & talk to him again through the wall. Crono will overhear the Chancellor surprised that Queen Leene (Marle) returned to the castle. This is of course a hint that the Chancellor is not what he seems & after this he'll no longer be found in the castle. It's a small scene & the player can easily proceed to the cathedral to fight Yakra without ever seeing it, but it's little touches such as this which demonstrate the attention to detail the developers put in to make the world feel truly lived in.
