Funnily, in the 1960's, Star Trek was relatively progressive. Now we can look back at how conservative it was compared to where we are now.

Nichelle Nichols (born Grace Dell Nichols), of Star Trek in 1978. She would have been around 46 years old here.

This is the kind of star trek I like. Not the new action film star trek they make today. The writers nowadays have zero creativity so they just shoot everything up.

The idea of a future where communication is respectful and inclusive is definitely something to aspire to. It's amazing how science fiction can inspire hope and reflect the values we strive for in our own society.

Star Trek: boldly going where no word has weaponized before! 🚀 Here's to a future where our language unites rather than divides. Live long and prosper, indeed!
