If that Accord is honoured and implemented, we will definitely have an alliance but if that Accord is not implemented or honoured, then we will not have alliance. The present status is that there has been no meeting of the Joint Working Group for over 1 year. We do not know why there is a delay from the State side because the Centre says that the State has some issues, the State has not come back to the Centre. So, until they do not figure that out, we cannot wait in perpetuity."
