Augustus Doricko, CEO of "Rainmaker" a cloud seeding company, discusses the Texas floods. His largest project produced 10 million gallons of rain and states that he sees no evidence that cloud seeding caused this catastrophic flooding. The storm dumped 4 TRILLION gallons of water onto Texas . He believes that cloud seeding companies do need more regulation and oversight and that cloud seeding and weather modification should be performed responsibly and transparently to gain the trust of the people, however does not speak well of geo engineering.. Very interesting....

This entire training process has been ongoing for the past 4 days, and has been successful so far. When the Meteorological Department gives us the green signal in the next 2-3 days, a sample of the cloud seeding will be taken after blasting it. We're waiting for clouds to appear soon. The day after Diwali, or the next day, whenever the weather department gives us permission, we will do it. Whenever they give us permission, we'll take a plane and get permission to fly within three hours. We've already got everything we need to do the cloud seeding"
