Our planet's airplane traffic this week - a new record. Over 153,000 commercial flights/day - that's almost 2 takeoffs & landings per second. No accidents - amazing! Beautiful work by ICAO in Montreal, under the United Nations. They should manage space traffic as well. Let's bump their max altitude from 60,000 ft to 600 miles.

The Anti-Shahed FPV drone “STING”, developed by Wild Hornets. As per effectiveness we have some data shared by Serhii Sternenko. According to data from Sternenko’s volunteer foundation Serhii Sternenkofund — which has purchased several batches of these drones — 184 aerial targets have already been downed by the units they supplied. The effectiveness rate in their case exceeds 70%. Moreover, the cost of Wild Hornets anti-Shahed drones is 2–4 times lower compared to similar models from other manufacturers.

A few things our YouTube teams launched this week: 🕹️ YouTubecreators can now play select games (Playables) directly from their mobile vertical livestreams, easily connecting with their audiences at any time, any place. 🎁 We're rolling out Gifts to horizontal livestreams on mobile, so that creators get another fun, interactive way to earn. 🎶 You can now access the entire Shorts Audio library in our YouTube Create app, which has a suite of editing tools for easily creating videos and uploading them to YouTube.

These are 2 of the 20 throwing drills executed in progression that my teams do every day. I promise they work and if taught correctly and monitored daily, you will win more games and players confidence will improve significantly.

Grok 2 mini is now 2x faster than it was yesterday. In the last three days Lianmin Zheng and Saeed Maleki rewrote our inference stack from scratch using SGLang ( This has also allowed us to serve the big Grok 2 model, which requires multi-host inference, at a reasonable speed. Both models didn’t just get faster, but also slightly more accurate. Stay tuned for further speed improvements!
