Please watch this video carefully. The sister in question (bless her) asks a question, it was answered. Then she asks a follow up question which is meant to make the answer to the first question practical. That question was not answered, because people don’t like to accept the implication of the Hypergrace doctrine. If once saved forever saved is true then I’m saved no matter what I do afterwards. That’s the implication. You can advise me on what to do later but you have to accept the implication of once saved forever saved before giving that advice. You either accept it or not. And if you don’t accept it then you don’t believe once saved forever saved. The Akure heretic has no problem accepting this and that’s why even amongst Hypergrace teachers he doesn’t have a good PR. Now at the beginning I said to watch this video carefully, do you notice what is being said here? Is this something that someone like let’s say R. C. Sproul will refute?

Gods’s General of Hypergrace Imparted us yesterday in a way that I can’t describe. The weight of glory in the room was too heavy. Too heavy! Bishop Bishop Mike Okonkwo unleashed great boldness and power to us as we preach this radical, unrelenting, unwavering, unending Hypergrace of God that radicalizes the worst of men either saved or unsaved unto God’s love and consequently good works! And it is true, HYPERGRACE has jumped fence and the body of Christ in Nigeria can do nothing about it. The movement is moving!! And soon the movement will be flying!! For those who keep asking what is HYPERGRACE? It is simply God’s amazing, super abounding grace that overwhelms sin and sinners resulting in eternal, everlasting, unending salvation, producing good works even in the ‘worst’ of believers, eternally securing the saved by God’s Spirit and power!! Read Romans chapter five and discover everything Apostle Paul mentions sins, he uses ‘much more’ ‘abounds’ to describe grace. Thus, grace is much more, it super abounds against and over sin or sins. Once saved, forever, eternally saved for that reason!! We thank God for Apostle Dr. Flourish Peters who is a shinning light in this movement. The generation of God’s love in Christ! I’m done arguing for “Once Saved, Always Saved.” Not because I’ve abandoned the doctrine, but because the phrase carries so much baggage that people often end up arguing against a caricature of what we actually believe. So from now on, I’ll call it what it is: gospel assurance Presumption says, “I’m good enough.” Assurance says, “Christ is good enough.” My confidence is not that I responded to an altar call or prayed a prayer. My confidence is that Christ saves completely those who trust in him. The gospel doesn’t merely tell us that salvation is possible. It gives believers assurance that Christ is sufficient to save. “Whoever believes has eternal life.” (John 6:47)
