Not my favorite Ken video, but I told everyone after Ken's "tarrifying" article was posted on CNBC the market would take off and he would get to to his 20-25% NYP prognoatication. 2025 Ken is not as charming as late 2022-2024 Ken, but I knew Ken would win against DJT.

Yes, over all, Tariffs hurt the imposeser more than the imposed.

Then why does India have such high tariffs?

It is a strange economy and very protectionist to their detriment. The economy and to some extent the body politic is dominated by a relatively few super rich families who want to protect themselves at the expense of dynamic growth. That’s basically it.

Dunno about that. There is a big difference between an idiot and an aspirant political appointee….or often even any other part of politics. A guy like Putin is not an idiot by any means but what he is putin’ out ain’t good for any but himself and a cadre around him.
