VIDEO | Dehradun: A dispute between two car occupants over overtaking escalated into gunfire early in the morning. A retired brigadier, who had stepped out for a morning walk, was hit by a bullet and died. During the incident, one of the car occupants was assaulted and his vehicle was vandalised.
