If you’re certain that worshipping Jesus as God is not idolatry, then the seven Noahide laws—traditional Jewish teaching drawn from the Genesis covenant with Noah and all humanity—shouldn’t concern you at all. If you’re not actually sure, and most people who were simply taught these doctrines as children can’t clearly explain them, then the existence of a voluntary Noahide path and an unofficial group of rabbis with no authority (Orthodox Judaism has no functioning Sanhedrin today) is the least of your problems.
