Children and babies with heart conditions - this is what happens when the healthcare system is destroyed, they have no proper nutrition, chemical weapons are used, and the stress of simply surviving wears on the body. Putin stated that Russia has intensified its strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities in response to attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) on warehouses, logistics, and civilian infrastructure. Vladimir Putin stated that the increased strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities are helping troops on the front lines: disrupting the supply of equipment and ammunition to the UAF, as well as the operation of the Ukrainian defense industry. According to him, Ukraine and its Western partners had hoped, within 40 days, to inflict a "strategic defeat" on Russia through attacks on logistics and civilian infrastructure. Ukraine openly stated that its goal was to "undermine society" and bring Russia to collapse, but the deadline for this, August 5th, has passed. "And what? What result?" Putin said. "Kyiv aimed to damage our economy. What did it do? It opened this Pandora's Box. Well, you will receive a response in your most sensitive sectors of the economy, which, frankly, were already struggling. This also applies to agricultural production, from which the Kyiv regime receives its main income," Putin said. Strikes are carried out strictly on city centers, on residential neighborhoods or compact housing developments, as well as directly on educational/medical institutions. Strikes can be twin strikes (one civilian target - double strike after some pause to cover a rescue civilian mission). Absolutely an elaborate tactic for large-scale deliberate destruction of civilians. The goal is obvious: to intimidate, to shock, to prove that there are no limits to direct genocidal practices. Such strikes are a direct consequence also of the "phenomenon" that international jurisdiction does not work; there are no punishments, no isolations, and the supply of anti-missile weapons to #Ukraine, the joint build-up of the Ukrainian anti-missile system, and the lifting of bans on strikes deep inside #Russia are still problematic...
