@MIB_India @narendramodi @PMOIndia This was great. Now let's work on improving the quality of education for deaf children in the country. As you know most of the teachers in deaf schools do not know sign language & hence cannot teach them - this has led to poor language, literacy & education, limiting jobs & QoL.
