Incredible display of zealot's corner

For much more about zealot's corner:

I never realized till this moment how stupid Tucker Carlson was. At first I thought he was acting, to curry favor with the religious right, but I gradually realized that he actually believes what he's saying.

“We’ve kinda given up on the idea of evolution” That is quite a statement…

“We’ve kinda given up on the idea of evolution” The “we” is doing a lot of work here

Yeah

But he’s right. Lots of evidence for micro-evolution. None for macro-evolution.

My man trashed Darwin's theory because not much evidence has been found yet in 200 years but is okay with God created stuff even when no evidence of same haven't been found since beginning of humanity. Hypocrisy at its finest!😏

Well said. It’s remarkable that people take Tucker Carlson seriously.

Odds that Tucker has read: On the Origin of Species: 0 The Selfish Gene: 0 The Blind Watchmaker: 0 I could go on.

Firstly, I really appreciate your content, Tim. As someone with a background in STEM and a critical thinker, I enjoy engaging with your work. However, two points have always given me pause. First, from what I’ve observed, there appear to be significant gaps in the evolutionary chain, although I'm open to the possibility that I could be mistaken. Secondly, complex traits in evolution, such as a spider's venom system—which includes a sac for storing proteins and fangs for delivering the venom—seem to pose a challenge. Such a system offers no apparent evolutionary benefit until it is fully developed. How could such traits evolve if they are seemingly non-functional until completely formed?
