Incredible gesture.

This is fantastic. This is how capitalism is supposed to work. You make a lot of money; you give some of it back to those who helped you earn it.

This is why I prefer to work for a person and not a fortune 100 publicly traded company that doesn’t give a damn about me

That's what Loyalty gets you.

Wow!!! This made me cry. What a. Amazing thing to do for someone.

My Boss didn't even say thanks when my 40year anniversary came up last month

This is like a guys version of- I don't know pick your whatever hallmark movie or something like that for women. Except our movie takes a couple minutes lol. This is awesome!

This is what I tell people, carry your dream around, let others see it. You don't know who is watching and looking at you and your dream. I have my dream on my phone too. I'll keep working, and believing, with God nothing is impossible. Yes He'll do it!

The man/woman that values the ones who prop them up are the actual geniuses of this world.

Very cool! There are still people with true integrity. ❤️

Jeez this video choked me up! 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

cool mf shit.. love that

Be a good person and employee and good things happen. Simple.

This is such a guy thing to do. And it hits hard cuz this dude is a car guy.

And other millionaires give themselves raises while their employees struggle.

❤️❤️

This was touching ❤️. There are still people in this world that will actually see your heart and value, not just consume and use you.

Wow! I have had the wrong bosses!

See the flag? @buzstopboys

My manager gave me a £10 voucher for my 15 year service at work.

Can't be that good, wears tee shirts upside down

🙌

I love that! 👏👏👏👏

I kinda did this for my son. Except he would take the raise. My hope is one day, he understands what I value and its loyality. That’s why I did it. Not just because he’s my son, but because one day he will appreciate the same loyalty.

@betsage24 It pays to be a good human ❤️❤️

Sam’s a great dude.

👌💯

This is some boss.

Final boss. Sounds well deserved. Enjoy an amazing piece of machinery.
