DeSantis exposed that H-1B AUDITS found colleges were bringing in Chinese people on visas to talk to students about "public policy," among other issues. 🔥 BREAKING: Governor Ron DeSantis confirms a MASSIVE block on H-1B visas has taken place in Florida universities statewide "State universities are NOT permitted to hire H-1Bs In Florida." ☀️ BASED 👏🏻 DeSantis NAILED IT: "We've got some BIG problems with some of the legal programs we have. This H-1B program - the Americans train the H-1B, they fire the Americans and hire the H-1B. How would that even remotely be acceptable!?" — 2025

70% of college grads *are not* working a full-time job in their field of study. Amazon just laid off 30,000 Americans and then hired 10,000 more H-1Bs from India. We have to get honest about our labor market policy, and what I want to see from President Trump is exactly what Governor Ron DeSantis did in my state of Florida: pull the plug on the H-1B program.

Thanks to Ron DeSantis cracking down on H-1B visas, we will ensure that Americans are filling out our workforce. The Florida Department of Education and the Florida College System applaud this unprecedented accountability. As a result, Florida’s economy will continue to grow through workforce development and the recruitment of American talent that meets the needs of our state.

🚨 Huge. Indiana Lieutenant Governor says he will help fight to END H-1B visas at our state universities. “This isn’t good governance when we protect the people of the world more than we protect our own citizens.” American jobs are for Americans.

Governor DeSantis has given us a great foundation to build on. If Ron DeSantis could run for a third term, I would not be in this race, because Ron DeSantis is the greatest governor in Florida history.

One of the first things I will do as Florida Governor is introduce legislation to fine any company that uses the H-1B program. Together, we will end the H-1B scam in Florida.
