Hmmm. So not only did Jake go along with the Biden cognition obfuscation, not only did he push back on Biden malfeasance, but he’s openly admitting that he knew the Dems were willing to do “anything” to prevent Trump being elected. And nothing there inspired a thought that maybe he should be more adversarial in how he reports on these people?

However the one thing they definitely wouldn’t do to stop this existential threat would be to fudge the 2020 election.

The thing is that they likely *didn't* "buy into" that argument. They cynically used that argument to manipulate their base. Which is far worse.
