As explained here ( Reich's lab conducted the two genetic studies that proves Aryan migration without a doubt, one published in Cell, the other in Science. But in this video he also explains how caste system freezes genetic mixing after the coming of Aryans, which as he correctly says is also mentioned in the Rig Veda.
