INDIA FIRST? I expose US companies hiring “H1B only” - isn’t that illegal?!

This is killing nurses salaries. Not to mention, in my opinion, patient care and safety. Although I’m sure the hospitals would argue against that.

They only want H1Bs or similar visa related candidates because: 1) the job may not even exist yet and visa candidate doesn’t care, it helps to stay in the country. 2) recruiter gets a huge cut (50%+) Someone on H1B badly wants to stay in america so they will take the low wage because it is still 10x more than their home country. Americans will not participate in this garbage scheme.

You are completely correct. H1B is just the tip of the iceberg. H4 EAD, L1, L2, OPT, STEM OPT, and CPT are all being abused all the hell. The sad thing is you are hitting on these small scam companies. It is so much bigger, and worse, in the legitimate companies (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta, BoA, JPM, Capital One, Wells Fargo) that are abusing the system to replace American workers with foreign workers. At a previous employer, it was an open joke: Someone asked how they could get promoted to Director. Another manager responded, "Look at the names of the people who got promoted last cycle. If your name doesn't look like that, you won't"

There are H1Bs, H4s, OPTs, L1s and L2s not just in IT but also in Pharma, Finance and other areas. It is like a web that is impossible to untangle. It affects every aspect of American life. During previous admin 2020-24, thousands have become Green card holders. Those should be reviewed. All these individuals are hardly qualified - fake degrees, fake certificates, fake experience. If they have degrees, those are from a college that is worser than the lowest ranked college in America. Pathetic. They are not the cream, they are the worst.

It’s not illegal the cost of labor its the issue for example a company that has a business here in USA and pay taxes here and also employs American citizens, to save money will hire some things abroad this is capitalism and is ok to do it , if you run a business you will get it.

This type of Job are not worth chasing. The role is Not as Advertised, neither they give good salary. They will take 40-50% of cut . This is mostly contracting position and American won’t Accept low wages.. They r looking for desperate visa holders and suck them.

Wait until you find out that ALL OF THEM have fake degrees. They are getting jobs in the US, for jobs requiring Computer Science degrees, with a fake degree and transcripts that costed them $300 in India.

You have framed the problem correctly. Fraudsters need to be stopped. American citizens deserve jobs over H1Bs. The client companies are solely responsible for fostering this behavior and turning a blind eye, there breaking the law
