the difference if you go to these places, 25 degrees feels like 40 degrees and 35 degrees will be like 60 degrees. I don’t understand why it is different. In the U.K, if it is 25 or so, it is hard to go out. It feels like inside a furnace. They complain about burns at 18 degrees
