Have you noticed one thing, they are not touching the woman or girl. Just verbal. India becomes unsafe because when girls don't pay attention to the verbal men become physical. Not a single man touched her, but not in India. They touch you if you ignore them and God forbid if you happen to slap one, they seek revenge!!!
