Sad ...but soft skill training is also required for the medical professionals. They are meeting a huge number of attendant/patient/customer regularly,they need a proper training of customer handling .

What's worse is that the patient has to jump in to stop such petty fights.

See the attitude how they talking first. Most of the time, people give huge respect to Doctors and call them Sir but the language these Doctors speaks sometimes makes us Angry.

Look at the positive side: The female was healed immediately without any treatment 😂

He’s not a doctor also he shouted and misbehaved with the attendant at first

but patient got healed after watching them🤣🤣

Communication error leading to fighting error !! Even the patient is helping to stop the fight Ego battles of patients relatives & doctors go on ,on. Politeness & Way is important

The tone of language is the main culprit here. People dont mince words while talking.....
