@campbellclaret You are not going to be a super power when you systematically exclude vast swathes of your society from full economic participation. All Women (50%), Dalit men (25%), Muslim men (8%). Only 17% participate fully. Exclude the top 5% and you have sub Sahara per capita income ($1000)

India’s India and currently its Modi’s India - im sure the last thing they want to hear is members of the British aristocracy giving them pointers on what positions to take - foreign policy is far from the front of their minds there’s plenty more pressing matters ie post-modi
