Here is video of Meitei Arambai militants James Sanoujam sitting in Manipur Police bullet proof vehicle. Who is being escorted for attack on kuki villages by bypassing Army check post in fringe villages. Why should central forces not stop such vehicle carrying proscribed militants ??
