@pearlythingz Of course, anyone who has ever worked in any corporate entity over the last 20 years knows this is the truth. I won’t say all because there are a few who did hire diverse staff, but by and large most only hired people from their region or caste. Did not consider AMERICANS.

@pearlythingz Yup. I worked in an office for 1 yr & in that short time that exact thing happened - twice. The Indian dean sent for a fellow Indian to be hired as his assistant dean & then hired another Indian in yet another upper echelon university position.
