Conor Neill: "If you can't write it clearly, the thinking was weak, not the writing" "To believe that something that feels clear in your head is thinking that's a very dangerous thing. When you try to put it down on a page, when you try to lay out your ideas in a structured order that someone else can digest, and you realize that you can't, I suggest the thinking was weak, not the writing." Neill explains his philosophy: "Writing is thinking. The process of taking a notepad, capturing thoughts, laying out the things that I'm thinking about, that is thinking. Sitting and staring out a window, maybe with a cigarette, whatever it is that you think is philosophizing that is not structured thinking. It's only when you're writing down and structuring, getting order into your thoughts on a page so that another person is able to get into the context, the perspective, the different things that you are pulling in to have your worldview." He shares a simple technique: "No matter what you are writing, whether it's an email, a Word document, when you've got a blank sheet of paper, start with the word 'This.' T-H-I-S. Starting with the word 'This' forces you to explain what the document is. It forces you to articulate to the reader what it is that they are holding. It forces you to describe why this document exists, what the objective is. And if you begin with the objective, it helps the reader, and it helps you articulate clearly why you are taking the time to write." Neill shares the most-read post on his blog: "The one post that has got far more views than any other is a post I wrote called 'Why Amazon Banned PowerPoint.' In Amazon, if a presenter wishes to ask people to agree to a budget, to agree to give them resources, they don't use PowerPoint. They write a six-page Word document that states why they are asking for the money and the resources." He explains Jeff Bezos's reasoning: "PowerPoint is easy for the presenter, but it's hard for the people who listen. Writing a six-page essay is hard for the presenter, but it's a lot easier for the people that get to read the document." And there's a second part to the Amazon method: "In the management meeting, the first 20 minutes is reading time. If you have gone to the effort to write six pages explaining your proposal, you deserve to see your work read. You deserve to sit there and see people reading through your work. He shares a simple technique: "No matter what you are writing, whether it's an email, a Word document, when you've got a blank sheet of paper, start with the word 'This.' T-H-I-S. Starting with the word 'This' forces you to explain what the document is. It forces you to articulate to the reader what it is that they are holding. It forces you to describe why this document exists, what the objective is. And if you begin with the objective, it helps the reader, and it helps you articulate clearly why you are taking the time to write." Neill shares the most-read post on his blog: "The one post that has got far more views than any other is a post I wrote called 'Why Amazon Banned PowerPoint.' In Amazon, if a presenter wishes to ask people to agree to a budget, to agree to give them resources, they don't use PowerPoint. He explains Jeff Bezos's reasoning: "PowerPoint is easy for the presenter, but it's hard for the people who listen. Writing a six-page essay is hard for the presenter, but it's a lot easier for the people that get to read the document." If it’s not, publishers largely give up and move onto something else. 9. What looks like a talent gap is often just a focus gap. It’s so easy, so cheap, and the saying is true: People judge a book by its cover. 11. That’s where the artists would lose their steam or put in the most individuality, so they’re some of the most distinctive parts of the art. Many fields have an equivalent — a place where you can find hidden answers, if only you know where to look. 13. Ambition is fuel that can burn relatively clean for a little while, only to become dirty later on. Jimmy says: “For the true greats, the sustained motivation needs to come from something deeper. It needs to come from love. That’s the only sustaining force there is.” 14. Kobe built his own publishing company because he didn’t feel like the big publishing houses could deliver the level of quality he demanded. 15. The hypocrisy of these self-styled Pakistani Punjabi ‘intellectuals’ is truly astonishing. Take, for example, Aamna Haider Isani and her regular collaborator, Hassan Choudary. In this clip, Isani justifies Iranian attacks on the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf states. Her argument is that because these countries possess wealth and influence, they should be doing far more against the United States and Israel. Since they are not doing enough to satisfy that ideological expectation, she calls the attacks on them a ‘well-deserved wake-up call’. Right after rationalising attacks on Arab countries simply because their foreign policy does not align with her worldview, she starts to lecture about Muslim unity and the Ummah. The rhetoric is hardly surprising. Their channel, Something Haute, was also blocked in India after repeatedly pushing extremist narratives and glorifying terrorism carried out by the Pakistani state as an instrument of foreign policy. Both Aamna Haider Isani and Hassan Choudary have a long record of dismissing some of the most brutal terror attacks in India as ‘false-flag operations’. From the 2008 Mumbai attacks to the Pahalgam terror attack, they have repeatedly promoted conspiracy theories that trivialise or rationalise terrorism. While they sermonise about the Ummah, they remain curiously silent as Pakistan pounds civilian areas across the border in Afghanistan, killing women and children. Afghan voices increasingly refer to Pakistan as the ‘Israel of South Asia’ because of these strikes. Yet these so-called Pakistani liberals rarely acknowledge that uncomfortable comparison. There is also a deeper cultural contradiction at play here. In many commentaries from Pakistan’s self-declared elite circles, one often hears resentment directed at the wealthy Gulf monarchies. Their wealth and influence are criticised, their politics mocked, and their alliances condemned. Yet the same countries remain the most sought-after destinations for work, travel, and opportunity. And that brings us to the final irony. Aamna Haider Isani herself is a frequent visitor to the UAE, the very country she now says needed a ‘wake-up call’. The hypocrisy of these self-styled Pakistani Punjabi ‘intellectuals’ is truly astonishing. Take, for example, Aamna Haider Isani and her regular collaborator, Hassan Choudary. In this clip, Isani justifies Iranian attacks on the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf states. Her argument is that because these countries possess wealth and influence, they should be doing far more against the United States and Israel. Since they are not doing enough to satisfy that ideological expectation, she calls the attacks on them a ‘well-deserved wake-up call’. Right after rationalising attacks on Arab countries simply because their foreign policy does not align with her worldview, she starts to lecture about Muslim unity and the Ummah. The rhetoric is hardly surprising. Their channel, Something Haute, was also blocked in India after repeatedly pushing extremist narratives and glorifying terrorism carried out by the Pakistani state as an instrument of foreign policy. Both Aamna Haider Isani and Hassan Choudary have a long record of dismissing some of the most brutal terror attacks in India as ‘false-flag operations’. From the 2008 Mumbai attacks to the Pahalgam terror attack, they have repeatedly promoted conspiracy theories that trivialise or rationalise terrorism. While they sermonise about the Ummah, they remain curiously silent as Pakistan pounds civilian areas across the border in Afghanistan, killing women and children. Afghan voices increasingly refer to Pakistan as the ‘Israel of South Asia’ because of these strikes. Yet these so-called Pakistani liberals rarely acknowledge that uncomfortable comparison. There is also a deeper cultural contradiction at play here. In many commentaries from Pakistan’s self-declared elite circles, one often hears resentment directed at the wealthy Gulf monarchies. Their wealth and influence are criticised, their politics mocked, and their alliances condemned. Yet the same countries remain the most sought-after destinations for work, travel, and opportunity. And that brings us to the final irony. Aamna Haider Isani herself is a frequent visitor to the UAE, the very country she now says needed a ‘wake-up call’. For the 23 years since, I have reported on how Pakistani intelligence and military leaders have used that city — Bahawalpur — in the southern province of Punjab as a base for its homegrown domestic terrorists. Countries thinking there's going to be a global reset creating a China led world order, as CCP has made everyone believe for years are mistaken. The US has already put in place a sequence of events that is going to prevent this, and put China in its place, starting with the election of Donald Trump - as I had written months before he got elected (attached post). The US has already taken control of Panama canal and Venezuela. It is a matter of time before Cuba and all of South America are in US control. The US also wants Russia on its side and Russia will mostly pivot. It knows about the China influenced US deep state that created the Ukraine war and also removed Trump in 2020. It knows China is quietly taking over Russia's north east and may invade one day. It knows China's partnership with the US was one of reasons for the fall of the USSR. For which China got rewarded with business and tech by the US. Russia will silently pivot to be friendly with the west as soon as the Ukraine war is ended (the old DS is still preventing this influencing Europe against US wishes.) The US is already at work in Iran. Once the regime goes, most of the middle east will be under US control. Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Pakistan, Bangladesh all have already been prepared to be under US fold. China has lost influence in South Asia. The US is also in control of most of the world's energy except Russia's. It is getting control of all shipping lanes and channels, especially if it exerts control on Greenland, which it is trying and may get, directly or indirectly. Those who can see all these events and connect them can understand what's happening. To think somehow China will be able to break the US hegemony, collapse the dollar without collapsing itself, and upend the world order in its favor is delusional as of now. A delusion created by the China propaganda in the last decade by influencing most of world's mainstream media and infiltrating world's social media. Not just people but many countries are still in this delusion I think. The CCP, of course, is not going to collapse without a fight causing a lot of issues in the world. Now, where this fight will be and how it will be done is anybody's guess. But my opinion has been it won't go for Taiwan. It won't go fight the US directly or indirectly. Which rules out Japan, Phillipines, and Korea. That leaves only India and Vietnam. But Vietnam's own communist party seems more aligned with China now. So that's why I say China will create conflict with India when things start going south at home. Because this conflict is manageable with no risk of US intervention and no threat of India escalating it into a devastating nuclear war as a responsible power. And by using Pakistan, it has a possibility of a limited propaganda win to keep citizens in China supporting the CCP. It already made preparation for this starting a conflict in 2020 during Covid when China was sure everything was going as per plan. It has tested India, found weaknesses and strengths, prepared itself to fill gaps, and is sitting tight for the next move. But whatever move China makes, the US will ensure it gets trapped and weakened. Be it India or Taiwan, be it another plandemic or planned dumping of US treasuries to hit the dollar, China can't escape without issues. Being a single party dictatorship, the political collapse is inevitable one day. India or the US can fight a war, lose some territory or strategic interest to China, the worst that can happen is public disillusionment, protests, a collapse of the govt and a new one elected. Think about this in China's case. This is where it is headed as economic issues hit. And that economic hit and manufactured recession is coming, mostly in the next two years (after mid terms), created by the US by Trump's actions, trade wars, and takeovers around the world.

The American ambassador needs to visit Imran Khan in prison and make sure that he lives to tell tale how wrongfully he was jailed through selective prosecution". (Congressman Brad Sherman ) This one statement made today at the US congressional meeting is clear and loud enough to highlight the fairness of the Pakistani elections 2024. Congressman Brad Sherman was loud and clear telling the world that not that the prosecution of Imran Khan was wrongful and selective, but his life is also at stake as this has been the custom and a norm in Pakistan. Imprisoning and even murdering the political opponent in Pakistan through a “judicial” process” is not unprecedented. But what is unprecedented is this congressional hearing. It was the first time that such a hearing at the US congress was heard regarding the aftermaths of a Pakistani elections. There has been no such example in the past after any Pak elections. It is as unprecedented and remarkable as the passion of the Pakistani American diaspora to restore the democracy in Pakistan. Before I go further in the highlights of the hearing, I want to raise big round of cheers and applause for the Pakistani Americans who have been a constant torch bearer of democracy, rule of law and human rights in Pakistan. You proved that patriotism has no boundaries. Special thanks to Dr. Shahbaz GiLL Dr. Asif Mahmood Atif Khan Sajjad Burki Moeed Pirzada and Ryan Grim for making this actually happen. After 2 hours of hot and spicy questions which left Assistant Secretary of State Donald Lu stunned and clueless at times, one thing has been stamped, proved, highlighted, and solidified. The Elections 2024 in Pakistan were a FARCE. 1. “Can you call the elections 2024 of Pakistan free and fair by any means?" asked Congressman Fluger Rep. August Pfluger . “We never used this term of free and fair for the Pakistan elections” Replied Donald Lu. "There have been flaws in all previous elections, BUT the flaws in 2024 elections were the greatest". (Congressman Brad Sherman What a spicy slap on the cheeks of the Election Commission of Pakistan who have been filing FIRs against the bureaucrats like Commissioner Rawalpindi who was the whistle blower and exposed the rigging. 2. The US response to this blatant rigging and unfair election was very generic. Congressman Greg Casar Greg Casar very objectively mentioned example of Venezuela and highlighted hypocrisy of State department Department of State for giving a different response for the Pakistani elections where they were more rigged than ever before.….A spicy slap on the State department - the pseudo torch bearers of democracy. 3. The hearing stamped the general impression that Imran Khan is being victimized politically through selective prosecution. He also questioned the efficiency of the judiciary that this was the same judiciary who jailed D. Afridi for 14 years for spying on Bin Laden, how come you would expect any work done by them. A new hall of fame for Pakistan supreme court who is only busy in giving justice to Late Bhutto but not to alive Imran Khan. 4. The hearing raised concerns about filing of false cases against political opponents after 9th May and trials of civilians in Military courts. Donald Lu accepted this fact and stated the US condemns this. The congressmen also questioned the interference of military in Pakistan politics. A moment of embarrassment for the Pakistani establishment who made 9th May as the “9-11” of Pakistan. 5. During the same hearing, Donald Lu denied all the allegations of being involved in derailing the Imran Khan government and said that there was no such cipher delivered. While saying so, he forgot that the ex-Prime minister and foreign minister of Pakistan have been sentenced a10-year prison on charges of exposing the same cipher that he is testifying that it does not exist. 6. The funniest part of the hearing was the love story of Donald Lu Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) that how he met his wife while he was in Pakistan. By the way, same Donald Lu has met the same wife for the first time in Nepal in 1993 as well. (You do not believe me! See his video in which he expresses his love story with the people of Nepal while addressing in Nepal). I am confused if Mr. Lu has married two wives as it is illegal in the USA to have two wives. Next time if he visits Ukraine, his wife will be a blue-eyed Russian speaking Ukrainian. What a blatant liar. And we heard this chants today as well " Liar, Liar" So, this is the story of so called “Free and Fair” 2024 elections in Pakistan. Did you hear any where the word “free and fair”? Absolutely Not. Did use hear the terms “fair trials”? Hell No ! All you heard is rigging, internet shutdown, false cases, military interference, judicial bias, selective prosecution, and persecution. This is the power of the Pakistani Americans! How ironic is the fact that such hearing happened just one day after the defense minister of Pakistan Khawaja M. Asif mocked at the Pakistani American communities that “you should not feel any pain of Pakistan as you do not have any stake in Pakistan”. And how face-reddening and teeth breaking answer the Pakistani Americans have given back today to this product of form 47 by arranging this hearing. The answer is very loud and clear. We feel the pain of the common Pakistani people who were humiliated and whose mandate was robbed because we are not Numb like you. We have lived in the best democracies, and we want the same democracy in Pakistan. We will be a hard nut for you to crack and we have proved that. To Lt. Gen. Asim Malik, DG, ISI cc: Wajahat S. Khan Dear Sir, Firstly, it’s good to know that you are a well-read person and enjoy literature. The world is full of words, we'll write to you. I watched Wajahat Saeed Khan’s latest vlog where he shared an interesting revelation. According to Wajahat, Pakistani-American doctors were told that in 2018, you (Pakistan military) were anti-status quo and helped Imran Khan win the elections. I wish I could say that you weren’t supposed to do that. It wasn’t your job. But then, this's Pakistan, and it's what it’s. If you, and by you, I mean the Pakistani military, had indeed helped Imran Khan, why didn’t he secure a clear majority? If you were truly anti-status quo, why didn’t you eliminate the influence of other parties altogether? Why give someone you support a poor position? Shahbaz Sharif claimed that he was offered the prime ministership by the military in 2018 but refused. Did he lie, or does the military have a party system too? You reportedly told the Pakistani-American doctors that your issue wasn’t with Imran Khan but with his wife, Bushra Bibi. Come on, sir, did we really pull off a regime change and plunge Pakistan into unprecedented instability just to sideline a woman? This turmoil continues to worsen every day. There were other options! I, too, have reservations about Bushra Bibi. Personally, I believe she was was a tragedy for both Imran Khan and Pakistan, but ultimately, it’s Imran Khan’s decision, not mine. Her interference in state affairs, however, is unacceptable to me as well. Over the past three years, multiple cases have been created against Imran Khan, including one related to his wife’s menstrual cycle. Yet, no case was made against her on high treason related to interfering in state affairs, including foreign relations. Why not initiate one now, detailing every instance of interference, and maybe creating one case for every incident? You’ll have our support. You also, reportedly stated that Imran Khan’s governance was poor, and his choices in Punjab were problematic, warranting his removal. Again, I wish I could ask what business does a military have with governance. Anyway, I agree, his governance was indeed flawed, and it was evident that he was losing support. Many people I know regretted voting for him. However, after four years, he had just one year left before elections. People could have judged his performance and voted accordingly, and that’s democracy. Why intervene when elections were just around the corner? Moreover, Imran Khan himself was advocating for early elections. So, it was not even one year. The regime change turned everything around and made Khan the most popular person of Pakistan, and it's something you cannot change. Only Imran Khan can change that. How did you not foresee that? You reportedly mentioned to the Pakistani-American doctors that you wouldn’t allow Imran Khan to have the 2024 elections because you had already given him one in 2018. Isn’t that unfair to the people of Pakistan? Why should they vote and spend so much on the election process if it’s ultimately your decision? Why not just hold a meeting, invite all parties, and hand over the government to whoever you prefer? Why waste time and resources on a process that does not exist? Regarding Joe Wilson, I don’t have enough information to comment. However, I have previously criticized Zalmay Khalilzad for his Afghan/ Indian disinformation regarding ISKP and his lobbying efforts, which, in my view, did not represent Pakistani-American sentiments. And if you’re a nation and you have US dollars, you have US Treasuries and you own them in good faith in that you would trust that they would be a reserve asset, a neutral reserve asset. So I think regardless of what Trump does now, if I was in China or any of these countries, especially China, because, you know, we vilify China, we say China’s our enemy. Acts of violence have no justification, How people, who are against Illegal Afghans repatriation, going to defend this? • Judiciary did not support the repatriation of illegal Afghans, but today’s incident has revealed the threat caused by them completely, what is their stance now? Are they still going to support the hooliganism or going to stand with repatriation of illegal Afghanis in Pakistan? 🔺TTP is Khawarij • There is no doubt that TTP and ISKP are serving enemy’s agenda by declaring their unholy war against the Pakistani nation. Islam has defined these terror groups as Khawarij. In Quranic reference ▪️ The question here arises that why TTP is against Pak Army?? If they are truly following the Islam then they must know that fighting against Muslims is strongly prohibited in Islam Whosoever kills a human being without (any reason like) man slaughter, or corruption on earth, it is as though he had killed all mankind ... (5:32) ▪️ TTP is targeting innocent people to spread their narrative in Holy Quran it is stated: do not kill a soul which Allah has made sacred except through the due process of law ... (6:151) 🔺Following are some of the characteristics of Khawarij in the light of hadiths; • Abu Ghalib narrated that Abu Umamah said: "(The Khawarij) are the worst of the slain who are killed under heaven, and the best of the slain are those who were killed by them. Those (Khawarij) are the dogs of Hell. Those people were Muslims but they became disbelievers." I said: "O Abu Umamah, is that your opinion?" He said: "Rather I heard it from the Messenger of Allah." • Prophet PBUH said: At the end of time (meaning: the last days of the world), there will appear some people among you who are young in age, immature and senseless; they will use the best of the speech of the people in their claims, and they will leave Islam just as the arrow pierces the body of the game and then abandons it. Their faith will not go past their throats, so wherever you see them, kill them; for their killing will be recompensed and rewarded on the Day of Judgement. (Bukhari) • As is pointed out in the aforementioned hadith, Khawarij use the Quran, the Sunnah, and scholarly statements to support their claims, despite the fact that all of these evidences and proofs are against them and not for them. They recite the Quran, thinking that it is for them (i.e. supporting their claims) while it is against them. (Muslim)
