🚨 “I’m a disabled veteran — I shouldn’t have to wait.” That’s what this woman claimed while trying to cut to the front of the checkout line at a Polo store. An employee called over the manager, who actually tried to handle it respectfully. She told the woman she couldn’t skip everyone waiting, but she offered a reasonable accommodation: a chair to sit in, and once the person who was currently at the back of the line was finished, she could come up and have her items rung up without standing there the whole time.
