I understand the dilemma of the Indians. - 1B+ people and indoor plumbing is rare. It’s an issue that people have had to deal with for all of history. What I don’t understand is their lack of awareness in having to bury it. Every beach and shore is just a shitfest with piles and piles everywhere.
