Not giving modern infra is not the answer. Creating awareness and making us proud is the way to go. Our society is more divided than ever. More people are busy criticising than doing. A society that ignores doers suffers freeloaders.

Make a flying squad for instant penalty and fine for civic crimes. Give uniform camera to the personnel. Pilot at railway station and one prime circle of the city.
