main culprit in #EthanolScam fiasco is petrol bunks. They are not equipped to store E20 without adulteration. Today I noticed what govt is claiming upon running Nayara petrol on highway. But that's the ideal situation. Govt should first ensure petrol bunks are fit to store E20
