I was part of the Committee of Ministers that drafted the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act. I have first-hand experience of what the Narendra Modi Government has done for India's youth since 2014. As much as we speak about Gold, Narcotics is the biggest threat which has infiltrated into every state & even small towns. Schools and colleges are the first victims. It is to be stopped by the DRI & then coordinated with the state police.
